Overall very happy with purchase and the service I received. There was a good choice of Trampolines (I was looking for a small rectangle one to fit our space). I called the help line as I had a few questions about which to choose and my call was answered quickly and the lady was friendly and knowledgable. I asked for the trampoline to be delivered in a certain day and this was accommodated with no problems. The trampoline took a while to put up (def a two person job) but we managed it without argument. We now have two very happy bouncing kids!
