Trampolines Online | Trampoline Delivery

TW staff have always been polite and responsive and kept me informed of delay with my order, so positive feedback for that. However, the product is a pile of rubbish. I purchased from this company due to the positive reviews on Trustpilot (I wonder if the company's offer of a chance to win a free Trampoline to reviewers had anything to do with the number). I purchased the 10ft Hi-Power Kanga particularly because it said it was suitable for an adult jumper and it looked like a high end product by its description and price on the website. Instead it's a creaky, wobbly, low quality, incredibly noisy trampoline. When I complained I was offered a refund - here's the catch - I had to disassemble it and send it back at my own expense from Ireland to the UK. This just wasn't worth the hassle and the company eventually agreed to a partial refund. First however, they agreed with me that the product was unsuitable (after viewing a video of my 16 yr old jumping on it) for the purpose outlined on the website and offered to sell me another, bigger trampoline at a discount. Seriously, who wants two trampolines?!! I really regret this purchase as we have had some great trampolines over the years that lasted well and were half the price of this one. I thought that paying a high end price would guarantee high end quality but it didn't. I am going to replace the Kanga as soon as I can as the creaking noise is SO loud, it's driving us and the neighbours crazy.
