Excellent all round
Super quick delivery (next day), great customer service, and good quality product. I had a prompt call back from customer services to answer a question I had left on my order about the Trampoline cover (yes it does fit without removing the safety net!) The gentleman was polite and helpful. I also called customer services to check something when I received my order and the call was answered within a few rings, and the lady was very helpful. My 14x10ft trampoline was easy to build with 2 people and it feels solid. Overall a very positive experience with this company. I highly recommend them.
