Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I had to hang up the phone as the manager started arguing with me. We ordered a Trampoline on the Wednesday with next day delivery, it finally arrived with us 5 days later on the Monday (after our daughters birthday on the Saturday). To return it, (I didn't need it anymore as I had purchased one elsewhere by then to ensure we had it for her birthday) we had to pay the courier charge, the cheapest I could find was £80! No attempt at discussion or compromise from them, just a no and placing all of the blame on us. I would understand the cost laid with me if I had just changed my mind, but I had to go and buy an alternative as they could not hold up there end of the bargain and deliver the product on time. 1* is purely based on the attitude and response I got from Lee, the manager of the customer service team. No idea of the quality of product as I never even opened the box.
