I’ve found myself having to edit my original 5 star review as I’ve had an unsolved issue with our Trampoline. After a week the protection mat started to split on every seam. I phoned the sakes office and explained that it was a little strange as it was only being lightly used bot our two 6 year old grandchildren. I was abruptly told that the reason it had split was that they were both using it at the same time 🤷🏻‍♂️ Combined they are only a couple of stone dripping wet and never use it with shoes on. I was a little shocked at the response. They told me to submit photos which I did snd I’ve never had a response. The sales email address keeps getting returned as not recognised for some reason. Not the customer service experience I expected.
