Trampolines Online | Trampoline Delivery

I purchased a 14ftx9ft Trampoline in the spring of 2020 when everyone else in the UK was buying trampolines. Naturally this mean that stock was low and there was a short wait for delivery. I was kept up to date regularly with the progress of my order and when I could expect delivery. Everything went without a hitch. The trampoline has been used everyday in all weathers by my sons. Being that we haven’t been anywhere in the last year it’s already had far more use than our previous much smaller trampoline that we had for many years. Unfortunately one of the welded joints failed recently. I contacted trampoline warehouse to enquire about spare parts. Their response was fantastic. Within hours of me emailing them (on a Saturday) I had a phone call to discuss the problem. As planned in our phone call I sent them some pictures to show the issue. Within less than an hour I had a second phone call to advise that the broken part would be replaced at no cost to me including delivery. I completely understand that every once in a while something will go wrong with a product with no one to blame for it. The customer support I have experienced from trampoline warehouse has been superb. Despite this one fault that has been resolved within a matter of days since I contacted them, I would definitely recommend trampoline warehouses for their fantastic customer service.
