Trampoline was excellent quality but communication from Trampoline Warehouse was terrible, I expected delays due to the situation we are all going through at the moment But each time my Trampoline was due for delivery I received no message from the warehouse to say my product had been sent out. Eventually I received a message from Trampoline Warehouses third party company to say the delivery company’s URL had changed and gave me a tracking address for my Trampoline, when I enquired to Trampoline warehouse about this I was told my parcels hadn’t left the warehouse yet and that they would contact me when it was despatched for delivery. The following morning my trampoline was delivered at 09:00 to my house. I received a message from Trampoline Warehouse 2 hours later telling me my Trampoline was out for delivery. I would definitely recommend Trampoline Warehouse as the quality of the trampoline is great but would advise them to communicate a bit better. I am overall very happy and the trampoline is a little more expensive but you pay for what you get and it is worth that little extra.
