Company delivered the wrong sized trampoline then failed to collect on three occasions. Still no refund
Ordered a Trampoline. After the delivery driver left I checked the boxes to see that it was the wrong size. I had ordered a 8ft trampoline not the 6ft one that was delivered. Rang the company. They could not deliver the one I wanted in time for my daughter's birthday. So I bought another one and requested my money back. I've arranged for the trampoline to be collected on three separate dates. Each time the collection has not happened. No one has turned up. It's likely I'll have to write the money off as I can't get any more days off work as I've used up my leave allocation. No idea how good the trampolines are as they didn't deliver the correct one, but their customer service is abysmal.
