Issues fixed within 24 hours
I have updated my review and increased to 4*. After receiving a call yesterday, the customer service team investigated and rectified the issues within 24 hours. 2nd package arrived today and the Trampoline is fantastic quality. Happy to recommend for both service and quality of product. Ordered the trampoline on Thursday and was sent message to say it was arriving today. Now had a message stating I’m only receiving half a trampoline. Customer service apologetic but nothing they can do! Also Tuffnells tracking not working. Not the best experience and wouldn’t use again.
