In these covid times communication was 9/10. Polite attention given and answered queries well. Item delivered as stated, though parcel damaged - Trampoline was ok. The only moan was the manual to set up as it was photos rather than diagram. A few too many screws at one stage (12 instead of 6 as stated) had me looking for where they might be needed. Plus the set up of the netting had a few points missing ie) having to use metal connections and top caps at this stage. It is because this manual supports other sized trampolines. However, The trampoline is great, which is the main interest, no squeaks or poor fittings. Buy this one. M.Chambers
