Excellent customer service
I purchased a kanga blue 9 x 14ft Trampoline from this company in the first lockdown and because of demand had to wait a number of months for delivery. The company regularly updated me on the progress of my order. My 3 Grandchildren loved the trampoline until storm force winds caused damage to 4 of the upper poles. I contacted the company and my query was dealt with swiftly and in a very friendly and professional manner . This resulted in two separate deliveries of spare poles at no charge to myself whatsoever. Fantastic company, I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you
