There was a problem with my order - but what a brilliant response. Very impressive company
There was a problem with my order due to their courier imploding because of Covid. This resulted in me not getting my order for several weeks....but...Trampoline warehouse were superb and did all they could. They communicated brilliantly and really tried their best. Eventually they sent out a whole new trampoline, and sorted me out with a little compensation. I know Covid has been a challenge, but I feel a lot of companies have not stepped up and have used it as an excuse, and it was really refreshing for someone to take ownership and do their very best Well done all at Trampoline Warehouse
