Excellent customer service
Ordered our second Trampoline from this retailer early this year. Delivery was significantly delayed (nice work Covid) but this was flagged at point of purchase and we were kept fully updated on ETA on a regular basis. On having a problem with breakage of a minor part (which never happened with our previous one), CS were quick to respond and resolve and were efficient and polite at all times, an object lesson in how to keep customers happy. Would have no hesitation purchasing again.
