Trampolines Online | Trampoline Delivery

Really happy with our new 8ft Trampoline, we decided to go for a slightly more expensive one so that it had a thicker tube for the frame and a higher amount of springs. The higher amount of springs did mean that my 4 year old daughter found it a little bit stiff to bounce on at first but it should then last us longer as she gets bigger and heavier. The delivery service and overall customer service from the company was fantastic, they even phoned after I had placed the order to touch base and check the delivery instructions etc , which most companies don't bother to do. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was that the assembly instructions could do with an overhaul. Myself and my partner managed to put it together in the end after about 4 hours of blood, sweat, tears and swearing (mainly from me!) but the instructions were not very clear in places and the photos were poor quality which made it a bit difficult to work some things out if you've never put a trampoline together before. It really wouldn't take much effort for someone to update them.
