Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. Ordered Trampoline late on Thursday and was advised at the time that it unfortunately wouldn't be shipped until Friday, So next working day was Monday. Trampoline arrived at 8.15am on Monday. Couldn't have been easier to put together. Trampoline looks good and seems robust. Daughter delighted. Thank you very much
