Issues with delivery service but trampoline itself is great.

Ordered a Trampoline for a birthday gift. Allowed 2 weeks for delivery. Received 2 out of 3 boxes of trampoline parts within the agreed timeframe. The driver almost left without leaving one of the boxes, drove off but I managed to catch him (note this was 8 working days after I ordered but I was aware there could be a short delay). On chasing for the final box Trampoline warehouse advised that the container was delayed slightly but didn’t make me aware of this initially so there was a delay on their side in addition to delivery delays. After a bit of chasing, having realised the issue I received a call from customer services and they proactively arranged for the missing box to be re ordered on a special delivery service which meant it arrived the next working day and having put it together now the trampoline itself is great! I also received a call from the customer services manager post delivery of all parts who was very apologetic and keen to ensure all was sorted and now satisfactory. Overall good customer service and a great trampoline.
