Box of springs was broken and some were missing. To be fair, Trampoline Warehouse did send the missing springs very promptly, the only problem is that we wanted it for a special long weekend with lots of kids. ‘Next day delivery’ actually meant ‘next day dispatch’. All this would have been fine if the company had been transparent when we placed the order. In all other respects, the Trampoline itself is fantastic!
