I tried to place an order but was unable as I couldn't find my credit card so left your site. Within a few minutes, I received a call to see if I wanted to continue with my order as it was still showing on your system. After explaining why I hadn't continued with my order the caller checked if I still wanted to make a purchase and was very understanding. As an afterthought, I asked whether I could see a copy of the Trampoline construction instructions and the caller sent one to me straight away. I have now completed my order, after finding my credit card.
