You won't believe this.........but all's well that ends well Ordered Trampoline, came missing 1 of 8 tube frames, disappointing but this happens. First dispatch of missing piece gets lost by courier. Second dispatch came in the form of almost complete trampoline. Had 22 large metal pieces and I only needed one of them. Initially, they were adamant that we keep the 21 other large pieces as spares and they would not send courier for them! Ultimately they agreed to collect them. The kids think the trampoline is great and I think it was good value.
