Absolutely the best customer service
Absolutely the best customer service. They rewrite the book to me. The Trampoline arrived. It is a great trampoline, good size and heavy duty and a good price. We were given a free ladder and cover as well. The trampoline arrived very quickly however when we were putting it together on Saturday one of the springs became stretched. Our fault I think, so my wife emailed, on Saturday, to ask if we could buy a spare spring. 15 minutes later we were called and the same day they sent 4 new springs free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I would hesitate to recommend this company. They're phenomenal and thank you for the help.
