I never fill out reviews but felt I needed to with Trampoline Wharehouse, it's a company I had never used before so was a little cautious, I can safely say their customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! They were friendly and nothing was too much they even helped my other half put up the trampoline over the phone amazing!!!!!! I have just got off the phone to a lady called Karen there was a slight tear in the trampoline cover within literally 5 mins of sending the email she was on the phone problem sorted with 5 mins!!!!! How lovely would it be if all customer services were like this also the trampoline was fantastic quality my kids love it!!! I shall definitely be recommending this company well done!!!!!! Very satisfied customer from solihull
