Issues but great customer service
I ordered a 12ft Trampoline for next day delivery. It did not arrive the next day but the day after. Not the end of the world and the sales team were helpful trying to track my purchase down. When the trampoline arrived the packaging was in a very poor state and many of the trampoline parts were missing. The sales team couldn’t have been more helpful trying to sort things out; they were great at keeping in touch with me and couldn’t have been more apologetic. Good service, unfortunately seemingly let down by their courier!
