Very pleased I got a courtesy call when my card was declined (moved house, not updated yet) but when I called back they picked up and were very helpful and friendly. The Trampoline then arrived one working day later and it was very simple to assemble (push button fit for most of it). Very pleased with the (rectangular) trampo itself, nice and quiet so far, no excessive rattling like we had with our old circular one.
