The Trampoline we bought was a gift for our trampoline mad grand daughters. We ordered online which was simple, great price We were kept informed throughout regarding delivery Had to ring up once to check a couple of details. The phone was answered really quickly and our query was sorted without any problem. The trampoline was delivered on the arranged date and within the time given Delivery people were helpful Everything was great until it came to building the trampoline. The instructions really were not helpful. We've built trampolines before with instructions that were much more clear. I would say the instructions let the product down. It took much longer to build than was necessary, however, having said that the trampoline has lived up to expectations The girls love it and I would recommend this company and trampoline to anyone that is looking for a quality product
