Made the order received an email confirmation that it was received. Received a call the next day saying it's been dispatched and what day it would arrive, also received confirmation email with tracking information. All arrived safely, no damage as it was very well packed. Easy to follow instructions and had it made by 10.00 in the morning even with cups of coffee!! Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to purchase from the people again. Although I'm kinda of hoping the product lasts until kids have grown out of Trampoline!
