not great to be honest !!! we chose them because of the next day delivery but only half the Trampoline arrived the next day and the other half a week later after several frustrating phone calls with no aplology really, when the second box eventually arrived there were several parts missing hence we still couldn’t put up the trampoline. The missing parts were sent out quickly after another phone call ! but the only consolation from the company was a free pair of trampoline socks that were also missed off the original order !!!!
