Customer service gets it absolutely right - in the end

We bought a Trampoline last year and the initial service / help was good. But the Trampoline was less than a year old when storm Katie hit and 4 of our metal poles broke. Quite extraordinary given that the area of the Trampoline is actually pretty well protected. I complained to the company and asked if i could BUY 4 new metal poles, when i discovered Wind damage was not covered by the year warranty. My initial interaction with customer service was poor, but i complained further and since then, they have been very helpful and agreed to sort out my complaint 100% and for free. It took a little bit of time but we got there in the end and I am grateful to Trampoline Warehouse for sorting it out when it wasn't their fault in the first place.
