So far so good - quick and easy. Really great to deal with - called to confirm my order and make sure the delivery date suited me! Arrived on the day quoted, easy to assemble good quality. Free spring tensioner was great. Only complaint is that the free ladder hurts your feet at the rungs are square profile. Nothing some pipe insulation won't sort.
