ordered a 8ft Trampoline package Monday morning. Delivered Tuesday lunchtime. one of the boxes was damaged. On checking the contents some items appeared to be missing. Phoned their number and straight through to a very helpful customer services girl who with minimum fuss explained that the instructions/contents list were generic and some variances applied to certain models. She then went through the parts list confirming the parts I should have - all of which were correct, and also explained how one of the fiddlier parts fitted on. Having seen numerous bad feedback for another trampoline supplier I was very pleased with this company. Have yet to assemble/use the trampoline...
