Ordering easy - got phone call to tell me there was a slight delay (one day) and then received as per phone call. All in good condition although the packaging was pretty bashed (inside contents all present and correct). The Trampoline was all assembled easily by myself. The safety net, while it can be assembled as a one-person job, is much easier with two. Instructions are basic but very easy to follow. The trampoline itself is of good quality once assembled and has, so far, been a great hit with the kids.
