We found the staff to be very open & informative when discussing our requirements. The kit arrived next day in manageable packs ... [ the independant delivery man said that TW spread the weight evenly through the boxes unlike other suppliers ]. The equipment is very well engineered and assembly instructions are concise, also safety usage guidelines are clearly emphasized. The price is exceptional value for money and the family have had many hours of fun in all weathers since we bought the Trampoline.
