Great communications from this company. Lovely, well made, strong Trampoline and the two grandchildren totally love it. Above all this is a “proper” company to deal with and care a lot about the customer. We bought a big 16foot version a few years ago from them which we sank in the ground. The various sets of grandchildren at different ages do very well out of us! This is yet another purchase so the fact we’ve come back to this company says it all. The trampoline is a birthday gift for two little boys but a gift that keeps on giving, It gets them away from tv and electronic devices and out in the fresh air/light whilst burning up their energy reserves. It’s a win-win. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company. Such establishments are indeed few and far between these days.
