They couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered through Trampoline Warehouse after a horrendous experience with another company and they have been brilliant. Sent the Trampoline straight away, no problems with it, great trampoline. Afterwards when it got damaged by a storm they were fantastic at sending missing parts quickly and efficiently and some at no cost. Superb and would recommend them to anyone.
