A great example of customer service
I very rarely respond to requests for reviews but I am happy to give this one. It was a real pleasure dealing with Trampoline Warehouse. I initially rang to discuss options. I got through, immediately, to a real live person who was practical and helpful. He did what he said he'd do. The Trampoline arrived when promised and was actually easier to put up than I expected ( I did it single handed in just over an hour). A follow-up query was also dealt with very efficiently. I teach Customer service and this was a great example of no fuss high quality service. Thank you.
