Happy now all sorted
Update: Thank you for sorting this out so quickly, new padding has just arrived. Really disappointed. Ordered green and got blue. (my wife checked the order before I sent it). Phoned customer services, they say I ordered blue, I have no way of proving it as they didn’t send a confirmation. I asked them if they could change it but they were very unhelpful so I offered to pay the delivery costs, they still wouldn’t do it. Why not? What have they got to lose? I’m guessing they don’t have green. I would use a different company if I were you, there are loads out there.
