Five star customer service.
I ordered a 13ft Trampoline from this site Monday morning, 17th December. I received a phone call the following morning to say they would endevour to have it shipped from the UK to me before the end of the week but they couldn't guarantee it. ( It was coming to ROI). It arrived Thursday!! 3 days later! What a fantastic service. And I was kept updated with each movement of it from dispatch to delivery. Product appears perfect ( yet to be assembled!) But I'm so impressed with the customer service!
