Dreadful. Having been attracted by the 'next day delivery', we placed our order. We were then informed it would arrive two days later - which was still in time for a family party we had ordered it for. However, it arrived with the main box missing and we are still without it 6 days later. I contacted customer service many times and all they did was blame the delivery company they use, who they described as 'useless'. When I pointed out that, with respect this was not my problem, the girl I spoke to, Tiffany, replied 'It's not my problem either'. Unbelievable. She was extremely arrogant and rude, and spoke over me constantly - eventually I hung-up. I have heard nothing from them since and despite being promised delivery yet again for today - nothing has arrived. My advice - go elsewhere.
