Having telephoned the company to confirm a Trampoline was in stock - I was told there were '3 or 4 available' - moments before placing an order online, I received a voicemail the next day to say they had run out of stock (?!) and my order wouldn't be delivered on the expected date 6/7/15. Cue tears from two previously excited children. I was offered to be placed on a pre-order 4 weeks away, at the end of summer and the cost would be reduced by £20. What a great waste of time and anticipation.
