 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.2mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 48 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

I bought the 14’ trampoline for the grandkids aged 6 & 8 for use when they visit fortunately our back garden is big enough, whatever size you buy you need more space than its size so you are able to manouvre it around when cutting the lawn and hosing it down to get all the bird poo off it. I have got to say I had no problem assembling it myself upto the point of attaching the springs and at that point once you have over half attached it becomes a two man job. The safety mesh posts are bolted to the main base supports these bolts on the lower connection have sticking out threads which cannot be avoided you are provided with plastic caps to cover these threads unfortunately the caps are not a tight fit and fall off so before you push them on put a dab of glue in each of them which so far have stopped ours falling off. Allow about 4 hours for assembly. Don’t buy cheap make sure the tube gauge used is at least 1.4mm you can get 1.8, avoid 1.2mm. I ordered the trampoline from the trampoline warehouse because I assumed should at any point I need any spares they will have them and actually know what I am talking about.

Faultless experience. We ordered this 12 foot trampoline to relace an almost identical one bought 14 years ago, which, living by the sea, had finally rusted in springs and bounce pad, and the same bounce pad no longer available. It did not owe us anything. We got a decent price in the sale from Trampoline Warehouse, very swift delivery, everything there, and two adults built it in less than 2 hours. Advice to others is to always use spiral ground anchors attached to the trampoline with heavy duty strapping. They can take off in high winds otherwise. Thank you to TW for flawless supply.

Absolutely the best customer service. They rewrite the book to me. The trampoline arrived. It is a great trampoline, good size and heavy duty and a good price. We were given a free ladder and cover as well. The trampoline arrived very quickly however when we were putting it together on Saturday one of the springs became stretched. Our fault I think, so my wife emailed, on Saturday, to ask if we could buy a spare spring. 15 minutes later we were called and the same day they sent 4 new springs free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I would hesitate to recommend this company. They're phenomenal and thank you for the help.

My husband put this together by himself in 4 hours which he said was straightforward (mid pandemic, I kept the excited children out of the way) This is one of the best purchases we have made. Easy ordering online, I was called within minutes of placing the order to be made aware of the delay due to Coronavirus even though this was clear on the website. We ordered a 14ft trampoline for our 3 boys aged 13, 10 & 6 and they love it. Hours and hours spent on it and great quality. My only wish would be that the ladder steps be slightly wider as they hurt your feet. But my children haven’t complained, this is purely my experience from the few times I’ve been on it! Pre-ordered a trampoline for my daughter's birthday. Was the only site I could find where this was possible during lockdown. Placing the order was simple, and was followed up with a telephone call from a sales advisor the same day acknowledging the order. I held off rewiewing at the time as although it was a positive experience, it was some weeks before the trampoline was due. I called on the due date as no dispatch notification had been received- customer services were polite and apologetic and informed me of that there would be a few days delay but gave me a new, confirmed, due date. As good as their word, I received the dispatch notification on the revised date, and 4 out of 5 boxes arrived on my daughter's actual birthday! The final box was delayed by the delivery company, so I had cause to call again. Again, customer services were helpful and gave me confidence that they were on top of things, despite the difficulties of lockdown. We now have one happy gymnast bouncing away. Many thanks.

Great service from these guys. Trampoline was delivered when I expected and of good quality. The instructions weren't amazing and I did the grumpy customer act by phoning them up and saying I got a wrong part with the kit when it didn't seem right. This was on Saturday at 4pm and I got a really nice support member on the phone explaining where I might have gone wrong (and I had). All built and good for the kids for Sunday morning. You won't believe this.........but all's well that ends well Ordered trampoline, came missing 1 of 8 tube frames, disappointing but this happens. First dispatch of missing piece gets lost by courier. Second dispatch came in the form of almost complete trampoline. Had 22 large metal pieces and I only needed one of them. Initially, they were adamant that we keep the 21 other large pieces as spares and they would not send courier for them! Ultimately they agreed to collect them. The kids think the trampoline is great and I think it was good value.

I tried to place an order but was unable as I couldn't find my credit card so left your site. Within a few minutes, I received a call to see if I wanted to continue with my order as it was still showing on your system. After explaining why I hadn't continued with my order the caller checked if I still wanted to make a purchase and was very understanding. As an afterthought, I asked whether I could see a copy of the trampoline construction instructions and the caller sent one to me straight away. I have now completed my order, after finding my credit card.

The trampoline arrived promptly. The delivery was left in my front garden even though I was at home at time. I went to put something in my bin and found the boxed trampoline in the front garden! Some of the holes to put the poles together were in the wrong place. So we ended up making a few holes bigger so we could successfully put the trampoline together. Once the trampoline was up we were very pleased with it. It looks a good quality trampoline and net.

Ordered trampoline on a bank holiday so was expecting it to be sent on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. They called to say it would be coming on Thursday and only 2 parts of 4 arrived. I called to tell them it was imperative I received the other parts by Friday otherwise could I cancel and then re-order to make sure I received it. Friday came and no delivery, called again and was told I could go to warehouse and collect which was not an option or wait now until Monday to see if courier company had enough room in van to deliver - which is why it did not apparently come yesterday or today. Very annoying especially when I called at 1151 on Thursday to ask them to re-order or sort my order out to ensure Friday delivery.
