 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.0mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 42 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

I've done a fair amount of research on garden trampolines and like with everyone price does come into it. Trampoline warehouse had some great deals and great reviews, so I took a chance. Placed my order in the morning got a call mid day to thank me for my purchase and the trampoline would be delivered the following day. Next day it arrived and an hour later the kids we having a great time. It's been up a week and up till now I can't think of a negative thing to say. Overall very happy with purchase and the service I received. There was a good choice of trampolines (I was looking for a small rectangle one to fit our space). I called the help line as I had a few questions about which to choose and my call was answered quickly and the lady was friendly and knowledgable. I asked for the trampoline to be delivered in a certain day and this was accommodated with no problems. The trampoline took a while to put up (def a two person job) but we managed it without argument. We now have two very happy bouncing kids!

The delivery of our new trampoline (via Tuffnells) was nightmarish, extending over more than two weeks, with damage to the packaging and parts missing because they had lost and dropped the boxes. However, the customer service of Trampoline Warehouse was exceptionally good. Tuffnells' repeated failures meant that I spoke to and had email correspondence with at least four different members of the Trampoline Warehouse team, all of whom were polite, friendly and articulate, had a full grasp of the situation at that point, and unquestionably took my complaints and frustration seriously. Once the trampoline was finally complete, they didn't hesitate over giving me a very reasonable amount of compensation, which made us feel a good deal more positive about a difficult experience. I would certainly recommend the Trampoline Warehouse in spite of our difficulties, some of which were probably caused by the Covid lockdown.

Can't give 5 stars because the frame didn't fit together without a little persuasion from a rubber mallet. The one day delivery was adhered to, although as many others have pointed out the boxes weren't in the greatest condition. Apart from it not quite fitting together easily the spring tool also broke. The trampoline though is first class, solid and looks very professional compared to some I've seen.

Exactly what I wanted! Unable to find precisely what I wanted on the website I telephoned to enquire and within moments a most helpful gentleman had located the trampoline in the colour required; discussed extras which would be of use immediately and in the winter; taken my order and payment, and described how it would be packaged upon arrival (even that the poles box may be slightly battered in transit, but not to worry about that as the contents would be undamaged!) Easy to assemble; we're delighted! Thank you.

I never fill out reviews but felt I needed to with trampoline Wharehouse, it's a company I had never used before so was a little cautious, I can safely say their customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! They were friendly and nothing was too much they even helped my other half put up the trampoline over the phone amazing!!!!!! I have just got off the phone to a lady called Karen there was a slight tear in the trampoline cover within literally 5 mins of sending the email she was on the phone problem sorted with 5 mins!!!!! How lovely would it be if all customer services were like this also the trampoline was fantastic quality my kids love it!!! I shall definitely be recommending this company well done!!!!!! Difficult to get hold of rectangular trampoline spring cover but found one at trampoline warehouse the price was reasonable and it was delivered quickly this firm also has very good customer relations they rung me almost immediately to tell me when it would de delivered and it was delivered when they said which was very quick indeed

Service from Trampoline Warehouse was excellent. Good communication, message was left informing us when it would be delivered (in 2 days, as promised) and delivery was prompt. No qualms in recommending them. The trampoline is not top of the range but certainly good quality and finish at a fair price. Certain fixings could be better but then you'd pay more for them. Safety net is a bit awkward to erect but, again, it's a trade-off against price. 96 springs do make it slightly less responsive for kids (I find it more comfortable!) but they're getting used to it and hopefully it'll give us many years of fun, especially if it's cared for during the winter.

Our trampoline is very good quality. It arrived quickly and was good value for money. The only problem was that it took a long time to assemble and was quite complicated. The whole family love it.
