 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.2mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 80 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

Terrible customer service, I had to hang up the phone as the manager started arguing with me. We ordered a trampoline on the Wednesday with next day delivery, it finally arrived with us 5 days later on the Monday (after our daughters birthday on the Saturday). To return it, (I didn't need it anymore as I had purchased one elsewhere by then to ensure we had it for her birthday) we had to pay the courier charge, the cheapest I could find was £80! No attempt at discussion or compromise from them, just a no and placing all of the blame on us. I would understand the cost laid with me if I had just changed my mind, but I had to go and buy an alternative as they could not hold up there end of the bargain and deliver the product on time. 1* is purely based on the attitude and response I got from Lee, the manager of the customer service team. No idea of the quality of product as I never even opened the box.

Erected the Trampoline soon after receiving it..No real issues with the product, parts check revealed one of the plastic tensioning clips was broken,all else was OK,assembly not difficult but two people needed at some stages,replaced the broken clip, they are readily available and cheap... Very pleased with the assembled product,children love it.Problem after two weeks,when in use it creaks and squeaks quite loudly.Have investigated this problem and it is,apparently a common problem..Have reached a conclusion that its the springs,other things like frame joints can also be the source. Tried several ways,with different lubricants to solve the problem but not yet successful.Our previous trampoline,used for four years didn't ever have this problem..That aside it performs as it should,sturdy and stable.Solve the sqeaks I would buy it again Hugh

Bought a large 8 by 12 ft trampoline for my daughter for her birthday. Ordered late in the evening and I had a call the next day to update me on my order. They told me the order had been processed, they gave me a time line of when it will leave the Wearhouse, which courier will be delivering and estimated delivery date. I’ve found myself having to edit my original 5 star review as I’ve had an unsolved issue with our trampoline. After a week the protection mat started to split on every seam. I phoned the sakes office and explained that it was a little strange as it was only being lightly used bot our two 6 year old grandchildren. I was abruptly told that the reason it had split was that they were both using it at the same time 🤷🏻♂️ Combined they are only a couple of stone dripping wet and never use it with shoes on. I was a little shocked at the response. They told me to submit photos which I did snd I’ve never had a response. The sales email address keeps getting returned as not recognised for some reason. Not the customer service experience I expected.

I purchased this Trampoline during the lock down period of COVID 19, the company have been nothing but exceptional, prompt to reply to emails and follow with a call. I was kept up to date through out the wait of getting trampoline as expected COVID 19 put a lot of delays in place for everyone. This did say on the site when the Trampoline would be due back in stock. it arrived earlier that originally thought. Instructions are nice and clear, very sturdy trampoline. We had some marks on the padding that goes over springs i emailed and they replied in minutes and sorted this issue out. The instructions are useful but could be a little improved particularly on tips on avoiding pitfalls which otherwise you learn by experience (eg how not to trap the net in the securing top clips and checking carefully the positions of the first four springs). Getting these wrong means difficulties undoing and repeating steps. One or two steps ( eg putting together the final joint on the top net ring) are difficult to achieve and some tips on how best to achieve would really help. We struggled (eventually succeeding) with two quite strong people with a 14 foot trampoline.

I rang in the morning of delivery at 8.30am someone answered the phone which was great, I had to pop out and was worried about the delivery. They said no problem the drivers take photos of the the delivery and where it is put so no one has to be in if you are not about. That was just brilliant - as it was I was in on delivery and everything was fine great trampoline, we paid the extra for the extra springs and I am sure it will outgrow my children!

Everything was good, trampoline arrived, all the bits present and correct. Kids love it and it was easy enough to erect, slightly fiddly but not a problem. Only negative I could mention is that I had searched for trampolines with next day delivery and it was only after I bought and paid for it that they contacted me and said that all orders go out at 10am and new orders after that are dispatched the following day. I would have looked elsewhere to try to get next day delivery if I'd known. However it's a good item and the kids are having loads of fun with it. Tip- buy a fixing down kit too so that the trampoline doesn't hop around the garden whilst being used
