 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.2mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 80 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

Simple enough to put together (with the additional help of generic trampoline videos on youtube as instructions that come with for me, were not so clear. However it may have just been my poor flat pack skill set) Once i’d watched a couple of videos we had it up in just under 2 hrs. Can't fault the pricing & service we received from the Trampoline Warehouse; delivered really promptly with a call from them to confirm delivery times. The new trampoline is slightly firmer than anticipated so our teenage daughters (c. 50kg) are still getting used to it (it's great for me as a 85kg dad!) We spent ages agonising over which trampoline to buy and settled on the 12ft with the enclosure and we're super happy we did! The base, the springs and the canvas were assembled in roughly 40 minutes on my own. It could be done quicker if you were determined. We went for the netting/enclosure, at that point O needed some assistance from my wife to pull the upright bars into position while I got the screws in. A little tricky but still very easy and we had that done in under an hour. Overall, easy instructions, easy assembly! The three year old loves it and so do me and the wife!

Trampoline was excellent quality but communication from Trampoline Warehouse was terrible, I expected delays due to the situation we are all going through at the moment But each time my trampoline was due for delivery I received no message from the warehouse to say my product had been sent out. Eventually I received a message from Trampoline Warehouses third party company to say the delivery company’s URL had changed and gave me a tracking address for my Trampoline, when I enquired to Trampoline warehouse about this I was told my parcels hadn’t left the warehouse yet and that they would contact me when it was despatched for delivery. The following morning my trampoline was delivered at 09:00 to my house. I received a message from Trampoline Warehouse 2 hours later telling me my Trampoline was out for delivery. I would definitely recommend Trampoline Warehouse as the quality of the trampoline is great but would advise them to communicate a bit better. I am overall very happy and the trampoline is a little more expensive but you pay for what you get and it is worth that little extra.

No problem with the trampoline, it all went together ok. The only criticism would be in the quality of the instructions. It seems as if they were from an earlier version and additional fittings have been included in the light of experience so they are no longer up to date. Notes on the orientation of the frame tubes would be good, all the spring loaded location buttons should be pointing towards the center of the trampoline and the ties for the safety mat over the springs should be a continuous tape so that it could be laced around the circular frame. Apart from these points, the trampoline looks good.

Bought an 8x12 trampoline to put in my garden because we all need a bit of exercise and it seemed the thing to do. Had a helpful conversation with the sales person about siting it on chips and took delivery of it when promised. Three of the poles little locking tabs had become bent and required to be removed and hammered back into shape before they would lock into place and it took two of us about three hours to put it up but we got there and I and my teenagers have been bouncing happily since. Very happy with purchase, seems sturdy and has good rebound.

Second order. Buying a trampoline for my daughters home for my 4 year old grandson to use. First trampoline kept at my house has been excellent, 2 years old and still in excellent condition even though it is kept outdoors. The information on the site about trampolines and which options to choose is so so helpful. Bought a cover first time but not this time as the ties came off in the wind. Looking for a more robust cover - might make one myself.

Lovely guy chatted through my options as I was completely confused by the multiple choice of things on the internet. I explained exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to do with the trampoline and he honed it down to a couple - fabulous -took my credit card details from a different department but I was transferred to a lovely girl who was happy to help and sounded genuinely kind and knowledgeable about their products. She advised that the delivery would not now be next day which was fine. It arrived on the day she stated and was easy to put up. bottom horizontal zip has broken but everything else excellent.

I don't normally review websites and purchases but felt I had to with these guys........ Recently purchased a rectangular trampoline from Trampoline Warehouse. I chose them due to the cheap price but have to admit I was a little wary as there were few suppliers with prices that cheap and there check-out pages weren't as slick as could be. Shouldn't have worried in the slightest. The website said the trampoline wasn't in stock and would take a week for delivery. Even though this was clear at time of purchase someone from Trampoline Warehouse still took the time to phone me immediately after I'd placed the order to point out that delivery would be a week and ask if I was OK with that. They even offered a choice of delivery days to make sure someone was at home to receive it. First class service!!!! The actual trampoline is of a very high quality, you could tell immediately just by the weight of the frame. The instructions on how to build it were a little basic but easy enough to figure out. I would definitely recommend Trampoline Warehouse to anyone looking for a good quality trampoline with excellent customer service.

Bought a 7ft by 10ft rectangular Kanga Trampoline online from them. Communication was excellent and trampoline arrived the next day as promised. We've been very happy with it, fairly simple two person job to put together and the first weekend after getting it we had a house party with lots of kids - they all loved it. Pretty sure it paid for itself in smiles just in that one day. Obviously don't know how it will fair over long term as yet, but it looks to be a quality build and I'm confident it will last a good few years. Would highly recommend the company and this specific trampoline to others. Myself and my daughter spend a lot of time on it :-)

Ordered a trampoline. After the delivery driver left I checked the boxes to see that it was the wrong size. I had ordered a 8ft trampoline not the 6ft one that was delivered. Rang the company. They could not deliver the one I wanted in time for my daughter's birthday. So I bought another one and requested my money back. I've arranged for the trampoline to be collected on three separate dates. Each time the collection has not happened. No one has turned up. It's likely I'll have to write the money off as I can't get any more days off work as I've used up my leave allocation. No idea how good the trampolines are as they didn't deliver the correct one, but their customer service is abysmal.
