 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.4mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 110 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

There was a slight delay on delivery but I was kept informed throughout and we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a problem. This is a review about the order taking process and I shall update when the product arrives. Informative website with good product information and advice on what to buy. Prices seem competitive against other retailers such as Smyths, Amazon, etc. The free delivery is questionable if you need delivery on a Saturday because this is only available with a £25 surcharge, which seems a little unreasonable. Delivery Monday to Friday is free though. Telephone contact with the supplier was not a great experience but this is a personal view and others may feel differently.

Purchased a Platinum Airtech 8ft Trampoline and after a couple of months the springs started breaking albeit the company replaced 12 at the time but now I have had to replace all 72 springs over the period of time we have had the trampoline at a considerable cost. Now after 17 months the mat has ripped in the middle although according to the description on the website it does not wear out, contacted the company but they do not supply spares separately only full trampoline packages, they were unable to source a replacement but offered a discount on a new package, which was only £20 but I am reluctant to purchase another one as there is no guarantee that another one would not go the same way. Have tried to source another mat but there are no 8ft jump mats to accommodate 72 springs so now I am left with a trampoline frame which is of no use. If you are looking for a trampoline to last for a couple of years then I would source one from another manufacturer.

I had previously ordered a trampoline through Amazon that was not fit for purpose and disastrously failed to assemble on Christmas Eve! Completing thorough research after this I used trampoline warehouse. Comparatively their trampoline is amazing! Sturdy and completely fit for purpose and assembles really well. I did have a hiccup with a wrong part but Emma was really helpful in sending out new parts ASAP and a conversation with Karen one of the managers was really reassuring

ordered a 8ft trampoline package Monday morning. Delivered Tuesday lunchtime. one of the boxes was damaged. On checking the contents some items appeared to be missing. Phoned their number and straight through to a very helpful customer services girl who with minimum fuss explained that the instructions/contents list were generic and some variances applied to certain models. She then went through the parts list confirming the parts I should have - all of which were correct, and also explained how one of the fiddlier parts fitted on. Having seen numerous bad feedback for another trampoline supplier I was very pleased with this company. Have yet to assemble/use the trampoline...
