 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.4mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 110 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

I spent ages trying to find the right trampoline to replace our old 10ft one the kids had outgrown. I read many reviews and in the end I decided to go with Trampoline Warehouse. I am glad I did. I ordered a 14ft Trampoline for my kids aged 10 and 13 and they are both over the moon with it. Constantly gets used and I feel the one we have chosen will last a long time. A huge thank you to the Customer Service team at Trampoline Warehouse. My original order dealt with super quickly and delivery was as fast. Almost 6 months later, after bad weather/wind almost wrecked my son's Trampoline. I contacted Lee and Francesca to see on the off chance whether they had spares to replace the parts that had now unfortunately become irreparable. The customer service team went above and beyond to hunt down the parts I needed in their warehouse. What a fantastic service. We have had our 16ft trampoline for almost 2 years now. My daughter and her friends have had loads of fun up until the high winds recently. We had it fixed down near a wall but the wind still managed to lift it a little and some of the safety net poles got bent over. I contacted the trampoline warehouse about buying some replacement poles. I spoke with Toby at customer services. What a star. He got straight onto it and made sure the correct parts were in the warehouse and had them sent straight away. I asked what the cost would and he came back saying “Nothing”. “We like to keep our customers happy”. What can I say. I have never had service like that in my life before. I would highly recommend buying from them. Not only will you get a quality product. You also get fantastic customer service. That’s worth lots. If you are looking to buy a trampoline, look no further.

Trampoline Warehouse Customer service is excellent. I have previously left a review as there was a fault on my trampoline and they replaced the part without question as it was still under warranty. When I experienced a similar issue (fault with welding) despite me being just outside of the warranty they replaced the part for free again. They are incredibly responsive to my email enquiries, and have been able to advise me of another supplier to enable me to buy replacement springs (our trampoline is much loved and used every day no matter the weather). It’s unlikely I’ll need to ever buy a trampoline again as my kids are getting older, but if I do, I will definitely purchase from this company again.

In these covid times communication was 9/10. Polite attention given and answered queries well. Item delivered as stated, though parcel damaged - trampoline was ok. The only moan was the manual to set up as it was photos rather than diagram. A few too many screws at one stage (12 instead of 6 as stated) had me looking for where they might be needed. Plus the set up of the netting had a few points missing ie) having to use metal connections and top caps at this stage. It is because this manual supports other sized trampolines. It was very hard to find anywhere taking pre orders for trampolines and everywhere is sold out due to lock down. I'm so glad I found this company. They have good reviews so I know I can trust them. Next day delivery was indeed next day (albeit I was in bed when the delivery company left it outside!) Trampoline is brilliant, I put it up on my own with only the odd bit of swearing, it's definately a two person job! But I did it with the instructions provided, kids love it, only thing I can't figure is the protective mat constantly comes away from the frame and I shred my hands trying to get it back down but am going to take the enclosure off and try and do it again Otherwise all good! :-)

Free spring tensioner was great. Only complaint is that the free ladder hurts your feet at the rungs are square profile. Nothing some pipe insulation won't sort.

I bought the 8x12' Kanga trampoline for my 10 year old son. It arrived quickly, delivered to a different address as I had t wanted him to see his birthday present. The trampoline was erected without great difficulty (it helps if you have at least two people). He and his friends were bouncing away within a couple of hours of us unpacking the parts. Very pleased so far!
