Trampoline Dimensions
 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.4mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 110 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

Ordering process and delivery through trampoline warehouse was straight forward and no issues there. The order came in separate parts on different days so next day delivery didn’t really happen (covid could be to blame). In terms of the actual trampoline it’s ok ( purchased the acrobat plus). The setup instructions was very poor and was really hard to install. The screws etc are not of very good quality. For the price I paid was expecting a good quality product.

not great to be honest !!! we chose them because of the next day delivery but only half the trampoline arrived the next day and the other half a week later after several frustrating phone calls with no aplology really, when the second box eventually arrived there were several parts missing hence we still couldn’t put up the trampoline. Straight forward purchase and next day delivery. Trampoline is great very strong and fairly easy to put up, I did it most myself ( me being a female!! 😱). Kids love it great size for gymnastic jumps etc. Well worth the money.

Very poor instruction manual. Good thing staff are very helpful. Staff named Lee phoned me to help us setting up the product. Arived on time - despite ripped boxes all equipment was OK. Assembly pretty straight forward , apart from the instructions re adding the safety padding onto the base ( the ties ). Given the importance of safety , this was a concern but the customer service team acted promptly and professionally to ensure I had a new safety pad within a couple of days. Thank you

07/08/16 I initially telephoned the company to ask for some advice on which trampoline would be best for my 11 year old daughter who has special needs. The young man who answered my call was very pleasant and polite and took time to explain which trampoline he thought would be best and why. It was nice to speak to someone who didn't hard sell and had patience when I asked questions. Based on his recommendations I went on to purchase the trampoline from the website but after measuring the garden went for a 10ft rather than a 12ft model. If the product when it is delivered matches up to the customer service then I will be one very happy customer. Well done Trampoline Warehouse for having some excellent and knowledgeable employees who take time to share this with customers without making them feel stupid!

We bought a Trampoline last year and the initial service / help was good. But the Trampoline was less than a year old when storm Katie hit and 4 of our metal poles broke. Quite extraordinary given that the area of the trampoline is actually pretty well protected. I complained to the company and asked if i could BUY 4 new metal poles, when i discovered Wind damage was not covered by the year warranty. My initial interaction with customer service was poor, but i complained further and since then, they have been very helpful and agreed to sort out my complaint 100% and for free. It took a little bit of time but we got there in the end and I am grateful to Trampoline Warehouse for sorting it out when it wasn't their fault in the first place.
