 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.4mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 110 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

What made my experience great? A leading question, or what? The word great never left my lips. It was hard work, putting up a trampoline. Definitely a two-person, half-day job. The payment and delivery were first class. The instructions provided were not brilliant. I am a bit concerned about how well the screws holding the net poles to the frame will hold up over time. And I just could not get the foam padding inserted with the net poles into the sleeves. Putting the net poles up was definitely the hardest bit. Having said that, it is a nice trampoline at a good price and the grandchildren love it.

I purchased a 14ftx9ft trampoline in the spring of 2020 when everyone else in the UK was buying trampolines. Naturally this mean that stock was low and there was a short wait for delivery. I was kept up to date regularly with the progress of my order and when I could expect delivery. Everything went without a hitch. The trampoline has been used everyday in all weathers by my sons. Being that we haven’t been anywhere in the last year it’s already had far more use than our previous much smaller trampoline that we had for many years. Unfortunately one of the welded joints failed recently. I contacted trampoline warehouse to enquire about spare parts. Their response was fantastic. Within hours of me emailing them (on a Saturday) I had a phone call to discuss the problem. As planned in our phone call I sent them some pictures to show the issue. Within less than an hour I had a second phone call to advise that the broken part would be replaced at no cost to me including delivery. I completely understand that every once in a while something will go wrong with a product with no one to blame for it. The customer support I have experienced from trampoline warehouse has been superb. Despite this one fault that has been resolved within a matter of days since I contacted them, I would definitely recommend trampoline warehouses for their fantastic customer service.

The quality of the item is great, cannot fault it. In fact, if have given 6 stars...! If it wasn't for how confusing the instructions are then I'd have given 5 stars. There were 8 of us, a mixture of sexes and professions and didn't realise that as it wouldn't fit together initially we spent 5 hours trying to work out what the instructions weren't saying! There's a picture that especially confuses... Ignore the one showing the side and top rails plugging directly into the feet... It's not quite like that! For others in the same boat, the frame will need some heavy 'encouragement' to get the last couple of connections together. Knowing this alone would have saved us hours of conversation and sweat! It was only so hard because it is of very sturdy construction. Many thanks

Trampoline is great, took about 1.5hr to put together, the bit to help with the springs we couldn’t seem to work but managed to put all the springs on with some force(didn’t follow instructions on this part) the kids love it and I’ve had a little bounce myself and is great. Cover is a bit tricky to get on with the side nets but still can be done and gives added protection in the winter. Thanks

Made the order received an email confirmation that it was received. Received a call the next day saying it's been dispatched and what day it would arrive, also received confirmation email with tracking information. All arrived safely, no damage as it was very well packed. Easy to follow instructions and had it made by 10.00 in the morning even with cups of coffee!! Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to purchase from the people again. Although I'm kinda of hoping the product lasts until kids have grown out of trampoline!

Fab personal service. Great 8" trampoline. It does mean it when it says 2 people to erect ...okay.... and one of the legs didn't marry up to the pre-drilled holes. It took a massive G-clamp and brawn to engage the last nut and bolt, (no matter which start/middle/end we tried) but, overall I'm happy with the purchase.

The trampoline we bought was a gift for our trampoline mad grand daughters. We ordered online which was simple, great price We were kept informed throughout regarding delivery Had to ring up once to check a couple of details. The phone was answered really quickly and our query was sorted without any problem. The trampoline was delivered on the arranged date and within the time given Delivery people were helpful Everything was great until it came to building the trampoline. The instructions really were not helpful. We've built trampolines before with instructions that were much more clear. I would say the instructions let the product down. It took much longer to build than was necessary, however, having said that the trampoline has lived up to expectations The girls love it and I would recommend this company and trampoline to anyone that is looking for a quality product
