 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.4mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 110 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

Struggling with the website someone from Trampoline Warehouse picked up on this and phoned me, I was very grateful, he was very patient! In fact it probably made the sale. The many boxes arrived very quickly and I arranged for 2 under 25's to build it for me!! It might be useful to make the instruction booklet more helpful! They were unphased but I found it unclear. The trampoline is excellent quality more than 10 out of 10. The added extra of the tarpaulin is a bit bonkers, very good quality tarpaulin but it has 3 or 4 neat holes down the middle- distinctly alarming when very very carefully rolling the accumulated water to the edge and it all goes through the holes - don't get the "holes"🫣 Tarpaulin aside(it is) ordering, delivery quality all excellent. Thank you. (And when it is not being bounced on I can recommend it for lying on with a pillow+ a book)

Bought for 6 families in stair. Was delivered very fast with updates from driver. Delivered to where I requested it to be delivered. Cannot fault this a all, great guy. Trampoline was constructed with many hands and it was a joy to assemble it. Many hands make light work. As each phase was constructed, the children grew with excitement. After two hours the trampoline was ready for the first bounce, this was performed by all the children. Couldn't get them off till 9pm that night. It has been used every day since. Great company to deal with, kept you informed regards your order and delivery. I emailed to enquire regards next day delivery, as they are a Devon company, and I live in Edinburgh, they explained it wouldn't be next day, but the next. I ttally understood this, and it was not an issue. The delivery day happened to be a Friday, and the Saturday was spent preparing the ground and Sunday all hands on deck to construct the new trampoline. Great experience, great company, will certainly, give their name to anyone who is looking to purchase a trampoline in the future.

The trampoline it self is excellent quality, very easy to put together, the instructions would be better if they were in colour. But my son managed to work it out. we ordered the Trampoline for Thursday 29th at 17.00hrs we received a call telling us we where not going to get a delivery until Tuesday 3rd April. I was told the vehicle was to full to deliver my parcel. I was not happy as we had planned a party and had gone without. it. I did receive it Tuesday Box was all broken and torn, I received it as Damaged .

I ordered on the phone and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful telling me how to track the order and when to expect it. It was suggested I opened the package on arrival to check if anything was missing but as the trampoline is a present for my grandchildren I pointed out that I probably wouldn't be opening it and was told it would be OK to report any problem after Christmas. The service has been really excellent and I would certainly recommend trampoline warehouse to others.
