Trampoline Dimensions
 | Sturdy Frame This trampoline comes with a frame made from 1.4mm steel. It is tough and durable and more than adequate for domestic use. The frame Is hot galvanised inside and out to give lasting protection against rust or corrosion. The legs have a recurved design which provides impact resistance and durability. |
 | Responsive Springs The 110 springs used in this trampoline are made of 3.2mm steel, and the length and width have been selected to give the correct level of tension. The number of springs in a trampoline affects its bounce characteristics. A lower number of springs will make a trampoline more springy but less powerful; a higher number of springs gives a trampoline greater lift potential but it needs more weight to stretch the springs. So for smaller, lighter children choosing a trampoline with too many springs may be counter-productive, but as they get bigger and heavier the added power will give them greater lift. |
 | High Spec Jump Mat The mat used for this trampoline is an American-designed polyprolylene mat, which has enough elasticity to be comfortable to bounce on and not to wear out, but is durable enough not to stretch. It is also permeable, allowing air through to improve the bounce and allowing water to drain away easily if it gets wet. It is also UV-resistant to protect against sun damage. |
 | Tough Stitching At least 6 layers of stitching are used to attach the rings to the edge of the mat, giving more than enough strength and protection for your peace of mind. The rings used are an angular shape, rather than round, as they have proven to be tougher and to hold the shape of the bounce mat more effectively. |
 | Safety Padding The edge of the trampoline and the springs are covered with a closed cell foam padding, which provides much better water resistance than some cheaper foams do. This padding is deliberately wide, protruding into the mat slightly and wrapping around the edge of the frame outside to ensure that all these parts are covered. |
 | Safety Enclosure We are passionate about safety and will only sell trampolines with safety enclosures as we believe them to be extremely important. The net on this trampoline can be fixed into the underside of the trampoline to ensure there are no gaps, and the poles are held in place by specially moulded clips to prevent unwanted slips or movement. |

Absolutely delighted with this company. We ordered the 10' Jumpezee with cover. Ordering was straightforward with a good range of stock. Customer service was faultless especially with keeping us updated with order status and delivery times. Only slight 'issue' was the condition that the boxes arrived in which were rather battered & so had us a little worried. However, upon inspection, nothing was missing or damaged and the driver was superb being friendly and helpful getting the delivery into the garden. Trampoline was easy to erect and instructions simple to follow, taking 2 adults appx 3 hours to build. Kids are delighted and only time will tell of the true quality but so far we are very happy with both the goods and this company. Would highly recommend both.

Ordered a trampoline for a birthday gift. Allowed 2 weeks for delivery. Received 2 out of 3 boxes of trampoline parts within the agreed timeframe. The driver almost left without leaving one of the boxes, drove off but I managed to catch him (note this was 8 working days after I ordered but I was aware there could be a short delay). On chasing for the final box Trampoline warehouse advised that the container was delayed slightly but didn’t make me aware of this initially so there was a delay on their side in addition to delivery delays. After a bit of chasing, having realised the issue I received a call from customer services and they proactively arranged for the missing box to be re ordered on a special delivery service which meant it arrived the next working day and having put it together now the trampoline itself is great! I also received a call from the customer services manager post delivery of all parts who was very apologetic and keen to ensure all was sorted and now satisfactory. Overall good customer service and a great trampoline.

Arrived quickly, excellent condition. Would have given 5 stars if hadn't found putting together a bit of a pain. I.e Guidance on where the holes should face on initial frame set up would have saved some time. Two person job for setting up for sure. Would definitely recommend.

12 by 8 rectangular trampoline . Twenty minutes after I ordered received a call confirming the delivery . Wife in on her own when goods arrived driver was very helpful and carried the heavy cartons to the back garden ( thanks Tuffnells ) Managed to erect the trampoline on my own (only minor swearing ) Kids absolutely love it and more than happy with the quality ..

Very impressed - Trampoline Warehouse answered questions I had about the trampoline... ordering was easy, I was telephoned shortly after by courier company to explain when delivery would be. Delivery was as expected and no issues. The trampoline itself is brilliant, so glad we decided on that particular model (Kanga 12x8ft rectangular) as it is perfect for my daughter practicing her routines, the rectangle shape is less intrusive in the garden and much bouncier than our previous round Plum one. The quality of the Kanga trampoline is also much better than what we had before, it's really solid and sturdy and feels very safe. Amazing price for such a great trampoline - thank you :)

I phoned to discuss my purchase and the staff member was helpful and informative. Trampoline was delivered when promised. I bought the 14' one which is VERY big and needed at least 3 people to assemble. 4 grandchildren 5-8 yrs (and their parents) loved it. Hopefully it will continue to provide fun as they grow.

Dreadful. Having been attracted by the 'next day delivery', we placed our order. We were then informed it would arrive two days later - which was still in time for a family party we had ordered it for. However, it arrived with the main box missing and we are still without it 6 days later. I contacted customer service many times and all they did was blame the delivery company they use, who they described as 'useless'. When I pointed out that, with respect this was not my problem, the girl I spoke to, Tiffany, replied 'It's not my problem either'. Unbelievable. She was extremely arrogant and rude, and spoke over me constantly - eventually I hung-up. I have heard nothing from them since and despite being promised delivery yet again for today - nothing has arrived. My advice - go elsewhere.

Trampoline Warehouse had all the details of the inner and outer measurements and weight limits of the trampoline and at a great price. I would say make this your first choice to look for a trampoline and save yourself a lot of time.

Sep 2016 - I bought an 8ft leapfrog trampoline for our grandson's birthday. I was impressed with how quickly the customer service team answered our questions and the trampoline was delivered very quickly also. We found it quite easy to put up,maybe 1 1/2 hrs for my husband and I. We then had to take it down again to take it to our grandson which was much quicker,less than an hour. Re-erecting it was quicker,only about 45min because we knew what we were doing by then! Our grandson absolutely loved it. We all had a go on it (one at a time) and had great fun - I would recommend this product and company wholeheartedly!

Having telephoned the company to confirm a trampoline was in stock - I was told there were '3 or 4 available' - moments before placing an order online, I received a voicemail the next day to say they had run out of stock (?!) and my order wouldn't be delivered on the expected date 6/7/15. Cue tears from two previously excited children. I was offered to be placed on a pre-order 4 weeks away, at the end of summer and the cost would be reduced by £20. What a great waste of time and anticipation.
